Great Gul RS Pursuit Race, 2005
A reminder about the last fantastic RS event for 2005. The Gul Grand RS
Pursuit Race for all RS Classes to be held at Datchet Water SC, near
Slough, West London on 19/20 November.
There will be a 2.5 hour Pursuit Race each day, with the Fevas kicking
off at 1300hrs on Saturday and 1100hrs on Sunday. All RS Boats are
invited, and will sail on their normal PY numbers, except the RS Vareos
who will sail off PY 1050. There is currently plenty of water in the
reservoir to give us a great course, and it is filling up more each
day. RS K6s will be able to stay on the Flying 15's pontoon if they
wish.
The RS Association AGM is scheduled for 1730hrs on Saturday, the RS200 &
RS400 Eurocup Prize-giving will be at approx. 2000hrs, and there will be
catering available throughout the weekend. On Saturday night there
will be a big party in the great new-look clubhouse overlooking Windsor
Castle. The disco and bar staff have stated that they are happy to stay
as long as you can!! There is free camping on site on Friday and
