Another Fat Face Circuit begins for the RS800 Class�

This weekend, the 10th-11th March 2007 marks the beginning of the 2007 RS 800 Fat Face Racing Circuit! With 9 events in total it�s the biggest circuit to date. As always variety is the spice of life and this very much sets the scene for the venue line-up. The 800s will be treated to everything from the delights of old favourites such as Hayling and Stokes Bay through to the unfamiliar territory of Beer and Northampton. With several new faces making an appearance at the Winter Championships, and even more promised still on the circuit, there�s plenty of new blood filtering through the class. On top of the newcomers there�s still a strong contingent of 800 sailing past and present who have thrown themselves into the mix once again. So who�s the competition this year then�? Well last season�s champs Justin Deal and Sarah Marriott (Fat Face) have promised to return along with 2006 Eurocup Winners Peter Barton and Roz Allen (Henri Lloyd). Spod Olive with new crew Guy Fillmore (Sola/Harken) have proven themselves a force to be reckoned with by winning the recent Winter Championships with 5 first places. As always there are going to be plenty of surprises over the course of the season so come and be part of it!
