Happy New RS800 Year!

Happy New Year!  Holidays over let's get back to RS800 business...

Virtual plank, coaching, t-shirts, DVD, calendar, try an RS800, ask the Technical Expert

1.  Virtual plank: Calculate your rack settings and corrector weights yourself with the brand new RS800 virtual plank.  Available on the RS800 Class Association website here via the Virtual Plank button (top right) or via the general menu under the Boat or under Coaching/Tuning.  Also here.  The official plank will still reign supreme at events.

2.  Coaching:  Tickets for RS800 Coaching Weekend at Itchenor SC 7-8 May 2016 on sale in your RS800 Class Association shop here.   Your coaches will be RS800 Champions Tim Saxton and Roger Phillips. The weekend is open to all ability levels and will concentrate on boat handling and improving your boat speed.  The cost is £85 per boat for RS Class Association Members and £100 for non-members.  The coaching is limited to just 16 boats.  Places have started to get booked up: so don't delay, go ahead and book your place now!

3.  T-shirts:  James Bond special edition RS800 t-shirts order window extended until this Monday 11 Jan 16.  The orders will then be put through to the screen printer and despatched to you on printing.  Buy from your RS800 shop here.  Just £17 for short sleeve and £19.50 for long sleeve t-shirt.

4.  DVD:  RS800 Coaching DVD available from the shop here.  Just £9.99 for RS Class Association members and £19.99 for non-members.

5.  Calendar:  2016 RS800 calendar here.  Make sure you book the Nationals and Garda dates into your calendar straight away if you haven't already!  Don't forget that the GJW Direct SailJuice Winter Series is a great way to keep up your RS800 boat handling.  All the information is here.

6.  Try an RS800 button:  Have you got your non-RS800 friends to use the "Try an RS800" button on the website front page top right?  Your Chair Chris Feibusch is keen to take out interested sailors in the demo boat.

7.  Ask the Technical Expert button:  Have you tried the "Ask the Technical Expert" button on the website front page top right?  Andy Jeffries is ready to help answer your RS800 technical questions.

Can't wait to get going with a great RS800 2016!

Happy RS800 sailing!
Cheers
Clare
